Recreational Vehicles Segment engages in the manufacture and sale of caravans, parts and accessories. It includes the following:
Camec, a manufacturer and retailer of componentry and accessories to the caravan industry in Australia. It has operations in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Auckland.
Coromal Caravans, a caravan manufacturer in Western Australia. It distributes caravans, campers and poptops through a national dealer network.
Windsor Caravans, a caravan manufacturer headquartered in Melbourne, distributes caravans, campers and poptops through a national dealer network.
Flexiglass Challenge, a fibreglass canopy manufacturer and retailer in Australasia. Headquartered in Perth has branches, dealers and agents in Australia and New Zealand.
Manufactured Accommodation Segment
Manufactured Accommodation Segment engages in the design, manufacture, sale and rental of manufactured accommodation. It includes:
Fleetwood: A portable accommodation provider to the construction and resource industries in Australia. Headquartered in Perth has operations in Adelaide, Darwin and Alice Springs; and park home and transportable home manufacturer in Western Australia and Victoria providing homes for retirement, recreation and resource development.
Significant Events
Disposal of controlled entity: The Company during the period ended June 30, 2005 disposed of Fleetwood Parks Pty, Ltd.
Discontinued operations: On August 31, 2004 the business of Fleetwood Campervans was discontinued.
