Nanya Technology Corporation, a member of Formosa Plastics Group, engages in the research and development, design, manufacture, and sale of semiconductor and DRAM products. Significant Events
Micron Technology, Inc. and Nanya Technology Corp. signed an agreement for a technology licensing and a potential chip joint venture. The new venture would include 1-gigabit, 68-nanometre technology licensing.
The company and Micron Technology, Inc. have signed an agreement to create DRAM joint venture MeiYa Technology Corp.
